STARBOOKS Orientation and User's Training at Binmaley School of Fisheries

𝙋𝘼𝙉𝙂𝘼𝙎𝙄𝙉𝘼𝙉 𝙎𝘾𝙄𝙂𝙇𝘼𝙏 𝙐𝙋𝘿𝘼𝙏𝙀: The Department of Science and Technology-Pangasinan (DOST-Pangasinan), conducted STARBOOKS Orientation and User's Training on June 20, 2025 at Binmaley School of Fisheries.

STARBOOKS, or the Science and Technology Academic Research-Based Openly Operated Kiosks, is a stand-alone digital library developed by DOST- Science and Technology Information Institute designed for schools with limited access to science and technology resources.

Mr. Edward E. Ugale, Science Research Specialist I and STARBOOKS deployment officer, facilitated the Orientation and User Training of 14 teachers and 84 students.

Additionally, Mr. Brenn Justin P. Guevarra, Project Technical Assistant I, promoted the DOST-Science Education Institute Undergraduate Scholarship Program to encourage students to pursue careers related to Science, Technology, and Innovation.
