STII-DOST launched the STARBOOKS with Britannica Ultimate Encyclopedia contents and access to Britannica Online (for sites with internet connection) at the National Science and Technology Week last July 25, 2013. DOST Assistant Secretary and OIC, Office of the Director of the Science and Technology Information Institute (DOST-STII), Raymund E. Liboro and our friends from Thistle International, Inc. (exclusive distributor of Britannica Online in the Philippines) headed by Mr. Rene D. Yanos, President, his wife, Ms. Flor Yanos, and the rest of the Thistle International, Inc. team graced the event .
