DOST-Bicol Boosts Science Learning with STARBOOKS at Castilla College

DOST-Bicol launched the Science and Technology Academic and Research-Based Openly Operated Kiosks (STARBOOKS) at Castilla Colleges in Castilla, Sorsogon.

The launch featured an orientation on the software’s functions and mechanisms, followed by a hands-on session where library administrators and students explored its features firsthand.

STARBOOKS will be integrated into the school’s library, significantly enhancing access to scientific knowledge and educational resources. This initiative empowers both students and educators with valuable tools for learning and research.
