Cerebro, DOST-STII donates STARBOOKS to Sacred Heart School of Cavite, Inc - Recoletos de Alfonso

Cerebro, in partnership with the DOST-Science and Technology Information Institute, donated one unit of DOST-STARBOOKS to Sacred Heart School of Cavite, Inc - Recoletos de Alfonso last March 24, 2025 to enhance their collection of digital library resources.

#Cerebro is one of the DOST-funded companies under DOST PCIEERD's Startup Grant Fund and the Technology Application and Promotion Institute's Expanded Venture Financing Program, while #STARBOOKS is a "digital library in a box" developed by DOST Philippines to bring science and technology information closer to schools throughout the country.

The donation, which is Cerebro's way of giving back to DOST for being one of its beneficiaries and to SHSC Alfonso for being one of its project implementation partners, was accepted by the school director and principal, Fr. Giovanni Gil Magbojos, OAR.

Representatives from DOST CAVITE led by Provincial Director Gilda de Jesus were also present during the turnover ceremony.
