DOSTโs Science and Technology Academic and Research-Based Openly-Operated KioskS (STARBOOKS) has officially reached St. Maryโs Academy in Ligao, Albay, with DOST-Bicol turning over the โdigital library in a boxโ to the school in partnership with Quipper, an education technology company for e-learning services.
To mark the turnover, DOST-Bicolโs STARBOOKS implementers, Ms. Marianne Sheena A. Loria, Ms. Chelsy G. Garcia, and Mr. John Nebrej N. Rempis, conducted an orientation and hands-on training for the schoolโs future users, led by its principal, S. Maria Relyn Grace B. Jaspe, RVM, with Quipper personnel also joining the session.
