STARBOOKS MoU Signing, Training and Orientation at Bicol University

Nine units of computers installed with STARBOOKS database were formally turned over to the Bicol University libraries on June 17, 2022.
The Science and Technology Academic and Research-Based Openly-Operated Kiosk Stations (STARBOOKS) is a stand-alone information source for persons with little or no access to science and technology information resources. The project's goal is to distribute Science, Technology, and Innovation (STI)-based curriculum in a variety of forms to students and other constituents in geographically distant and economically-challenged schools and communities across the country.
