The Department of Science and Technology–Science and Technology Information Institute (DOST-STII) reaffirmed its commitment to enriching learning and expanding access to quality educational resources by inking a partnership with Felta Multi-Media Inc.

Held 13 January 2026 at the DOST-STII Training Room in Taguig City, this strategic partnership brings together STARBOOKS’ digital science library and Felta’s STEAM-focused robotics programs to expand access to innovative learning tools and shape future-ready Filipino learners in communities nationwide.

“STARBOOKS has always been driven by the belief that knowledge should be inclusive and accessible, and this partnership with Felta Multi-Media aligns perfectly with that mission,” said Alan C. Taule, Chief of the Information Resources and Analysis Division of DOST-STII, in his welcome message.

“By combining STARBOOKS’ nationwide reach with Felta’s expertise in innovative educational content and multimedia solutions, we open new opportunities to make science, technology, and learning more engaging, relevant, and impactful—especially for schools and communities with limited access to information resources,” Taule added.

This partnership will also co-organize events promoting robotics, such as, but not limited to STARBOOKS Whiz Bee, virtual or on-site training workshops, webinars, exhibits, and more.

“Through this MOA, we are proud to contribute our robotics learning content to the STARBOOKS digital library–both offline and online–at no cost.
