Cerebro, in partnership with the DOST-Science and Technology Information Institute (DOST-STII), recently facilitated the turnover of one (1) unit of DOST-STARBOOKS to GreAtMinds Leadership Academy on March 16, 2026, to enhance the school’s digital library resources for students.

STARBOOKS, or “Science and Technology Academic and Research-Based Openly Operated Kiosks,” is a DOST Philippines initiative that provides schools with curated digital science and technology content, serving as a “library in a box” even without internet access.

For this initiative, Cerebro provided funding for the successful implementation of the project, marking its first STARBOOKS turnover in the Bohol region. The turnover was officially received by the school administrators and witnessed by representatives from DOST Bohol PSTO, as well as members of the school community.

This milestone reflects the shared commitment of Cerebro and DOST to expand access to science and technology learning resources and strengthen education in the region.
