The Department of Science and Technology Ilocos Norte (DOST Ilocos Norte), through its Community Empowerment through Science and Technology (CEST) Program, formally awarded two (2) Computer sets equipped with Science and Technology Academic and Research-Based Openly-Operated Kiosks (STARBOOKS) to beneficiary schools in Badoc, Ilocos Norte as part of its continuing efforts to strengthen access to science and technology-based learning resources on March 25, 2026.
