DOST-Tarlac proudly celebrates another remarkable achievement after being recognized as the 1st Place Best Scribe Awardee for their exemplary reporting of STARBOOKS activities and engagements during the STARBOOKS Stakeholders' Appreciation Day on June 24, 2025.

This recognition reflects DOST-Tarlac's commitment in capturing every milestone of the STARBOOKS program. Through impactful storytelling, they showcased how STARBOOKS goes beyond the classroom, bringing science, technology, and innovation closer to Geographically Isolated and Disadvantaged Areas (GIDAs) and Indigenous Peoples (IP) communities.
