The Department is mandated by RA 7638 (Department of Energy Act of 1992) to prepare, integrate, coordinate, supervise and control all plans, programs, projects and activities of the Government relative to energy exploration, development, utilization, distribution and conservation.

Enchanted Kingdom opened to the public on October 19, 1995. It was and still is the first and only world-class theme park in the Philippines. Currently, Enchanted Kingdom is exploring ways to expand into other ventures like Edutainment. Through the spirit of participation in education-related undertakings, the theme park can greatly help in the future of the country’s educational backbone.

The Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) shall be the primary policy, planning, coordinating, implementing, and administrative entity of the Executive Branch of the government that will plan, develop, and promote the national ICT development agenda. (RA 10844)

C&E Publishing, Inc. was established in 1993 to engage primarily in the business of reprinting and distributing foreign medical and science books with acquired copyright licenses from international publishers. As C&E’s publication of local titles grew, the reprinting of widely prescribed foreign titles for basic and higher education and the importation of books from reputable international publishers also flourished. By doing so, it has managed to produce up-to-date, premium-quality educational products to address the needs of the reading public in general and clients from the academe in particular. Thus, C&E has positioned itself at the forefront of the Philippine book industry.

The Center for Integrated STEM Education in the Philippines (CISTEM) envisions a future where Filipinos forge a culture of inquiry and innovation applying STEM skills for nation-building.

Established in 2019 by Unilab Foundation’s STEM+ PH, in partnership with the University of the Philippines College of Education, it aims to strengthen inclusive STEM education through capacity building for teachers and educational institutions, curricular innovations, maximized network linkages, and learner empowerment.

Asia Pacific College, empowered by education and industry professionals as faculty and a balanced curriculum, aims to provide business and the information and communications technology industry in the Philippines and in the global community lifelong learning graduates who are anchored on the principles of integrity and professionalism.
